RunCore will release 3.5 Inch SSD, Capacity of 1TB with SATA 3

An SSD maker named RunCore will release solid state drives large 3.5-inch 1TB for SATA III interface. This latest 3.5-inch SSD uses a SATA interface III 6 Gb / s that can offer up to 500MB / s for data transfer rate. Based on MLC flash, the new SSD of RunCore equipped with two controllers SandForce SF-1222 for integrated RAID 0 performance. SSD provides up to 285MB / s for read speed and 275MB / s write speed. RunCore 1TB SSD will be shown at CeBit 2011 in March 2011.
